1. Organizer

The organizer of the SZAIM 2026 event is:

2. Event Registration

Participants register for the event via the online form on the website.

By registering, the participant confirms:

– that the provided data is accurate
– that they agree with these terms of participation

Registration is binding upon submission of the form.

3. Registration Fee and Payment

After submitting the registration, the participant will receive:

– registration confirmation
– an invoice for the registration fee

The registration fee must be paid within the deadline stated on the invoice.

Participation in the event is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

4. Cancellation

Participants may cancel their registration in writing via the organizer’s email address.

In case of cancellation, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Instead of cancellation, the participant may propose a substitute, of which the organizer must be informed in due time.

5. Programme Changes

The organizer reserves the right to:

– change the programme
– change the speakers
– adjust the schedule

In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event.

In such case, the already paid registration fee will be refunded to participants.

6. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for:

– participants’ personal belongings
– any injuries or losses

Participants attend the event at their own risk.

7. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

8. Final Provisions

These terms are valid from 01 April 2026.

The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms.
Changes enter into force upon publication on the website.
